Reports  

As your business grows, business owners should start to receive more information about the business's key performance indicators (KPI's).  This information is often presented as a report to the owner and should help teh owner keep his/her 'finger on the pulse' of teh business.

By Creating personal business packages/reports on either a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis the owner will be more informed and be in a position to make better decisions about the business

Reports/packages should take into account the following:

1. What types of decisions are you regularly called upon to make?
2. What types of information do you need to make these decisions?
3. What types of information do you regularly get?
4. What types of special studies do you periodically request?
5. What types of information would you like to get that you are not now getting?
6. What Information would you want daily? Weekly? Monthly? Yearly?
7. What magazine and trade reports would you like to see on regular basis?
8. What specific topics would like to be kept informed of?
9. What types of data analysis programs would you like to see made available?
10. What do you think would be the four most helpful improvements that could be made in the present marketing information system
